This page describes the information handled by the Ignite Creatives website and Canthus project workspace.
When you enquire
We collect your name, email address, optional company and budget, chosen service, project goal and preferred timing. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss the scope and arrange a project if you decide to proceed.
Where the information goes
Enquiries are sent to our private Canthus workspace and are accessible to authorised Ignite administrators. If a project goes ahead, we share the agreed brief and relevant project information with the people working on it. Internal enquiry notes and your initial budget guide are not automatically copied into the shared project brief.
Cookies and spam prevention
The enquiry form uses an essential session cookie to protect your submission and confirm receipt. Canthus uses cookies to manage sign-in. The website does not load YouTube players or tracking scripts automatically. Selecting a portfolio film opens YouTube, which applies its own privacy and cookie policies. Portfolio thumbnails are served with this website. Hosting systems may retain technical access logs. A one-way identifier derived from your network address helps limit repeated submissions.
Website visitor summaries
We collect first-party daily summaries of pages viewed, referral websites, browsers, devices and browser languages. Country is included only where a local lookup is available. No raw IP addresses, full browser identifiers or query strings are retained in these summaries. Anonymous daily visitor identifiers and summaries are kept for up to 90 days. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Keeping and correcting information
Contact us if you want to access or correct the information you have provided, or ask for it to be deleted. Some project and business records may need to be retained. We will explain what we can do when we respond to your request.
External services
Project review and delivery links may open services outside this website. Those services have their own privacy practices. Our hosting provider processes information as needed to operate the website and workspace.
